The key to exercise
I've discovered the key to exercise... Distraction! Yup, you've got to do something to make your brain forget that your body is exercising. Ooo! Look! Something shiny! Okay, maybe not that. But I've found that popping in a DVD to watch while I'm on the exercise bike to be helpful. As a matter of fact, that's what I did today. Yes! I exercised! Are you wondering what amazing DVD could keep me from focusing on the torture, um, I mean exercise I was getting? Here it is:
